Condition: NewType: Ashtray
This is a personal litter device or a purse or pocket ashtray.  It is not intended to be used as an ashtray, only to store extinguished cigarrette butts.  It is metal and has a dark gray metallic surface.  The lid flips up (like a lighter) where the cigarrette can be extinguished and then dropped into the opening for storage until it can be emptied.  This is a new item.  It comes in a box with the instructions for use and cleaning.  It is 3" x 1 1/2" x 3/4".  It is item INC #33381, and was made in China.
