Terms of Sale Import related charges Buyers of our goods are fully responsible for import duties, value added tax and all other import related fees, taxes and charges that may occur when our goods are being imported into the buyers' countries. Returns, replacement and refund Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item. If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, please return the merchandise to us within 7 working days for a no questions asked refund. However, the following conditions apply: 1. Email us at artyguru@gmail.com within 7 working days of receipt for a valid RMA Return No and correct returns address details. Please attach photos showing the porblems where applicable. 2. No returns are accepted without a valid RMA Return No. 3. It is the customers' responsibility at all times to pay for and ship item(s) back to us. 4. If the item(s) are found to be unusable within 7 working days of your receipt, we will refund the return postage cost up to the maximum of 50% of the P&P costs that you have paid for us to send the item(s) to you. If multiple item(s) were purchased, the P&P costs for those returned will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. 5. If returned item(s) are found to be usable on our receipt, we will treat these as your unwanted item(s). If unopened, we will issue you with a refund minus any postal charges incurred by us. Unwanted items must be returned to us with all parts, printed manuals and accessories. All goods returned and found to be usable will be subject to our standard 25% re-stocking fee. Additionally, all goods returned for a refund will incur a 25% surcharge if not returned in their original condition and packaging. If multiple item(s) were purchased, the refund, fees and P&P costs for those returned will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. 6. All postage costs are non refundable except for faulty or unusable goods. 7. We accept no responsible for the non-arrival and damage in transit of your return(s). Please ensure you have adequate postage insurance for all your return(s). 8. Should you choose to receive a replacement for a faulty or unusable item rather than a refund, you need to go through the above return procedures first. Once we have received your return of goods, we will ship the replacement to you with the postage paid by us. Postage insurance If we did not state that postal insurance is already included in the P&P charges, optional postal insurance MUST be selected at checkout in order to be eligible for compensation for the damages or loss of your items in transit. Each EMS shipment includes insurance cover of up to about US$73.5 + US$8.8xWeight (rounded up to the nearest Kg) but Hong Kong standard airmail service does not include postage insurance. The optional postage insurance at checkout is the additional costs for sending your items by registered Hong Kong airmail which provides insurance cover for up to HK$320 (approximately US$42). If your order exceeds 1Kg, we will send by EMS so your shipment is automatically covered by insurance. Should you require additional postage insurance, please contact us for arrangement. For your insurance claims, you will have to apply to your local post office or courier for compensation and we will provide necessary assistance. Our delivery service provider can provide all the necessary proof of delivery. For postage to Italy, insurance is compulsory. If you do not take the insurance option at checkout, we will not process your oder and will refund your payment if you have paid. Delivery address In order to maintain our high operational efficiency, we only deliver to the address details provided at checkout. We do not despatch to PO Box addresses. Fraud prevention Unverified and unconfirmed PayPal accounts may encounter a five day holding period before goods are released. This is to prevent fraud.
