It is so light, i can practically take it anywhere. The base is so well-made, it's comfortable to babies, at least I know it's of the right sturdiness. The base is elevated, it makes picking baby up easier and safer. Also, there are lots of mattress accessories available from babyco to make this baby sanctuary even more comfortable for your new born.
