Our Guarantee

All our items are authentic, brand name products bought directly from the manufacturer or their Australian representatives. These are the same items sold in our shop.

They are not cheap copies, nor are they returns, refurbished or recycled in any other way. We guarantee to refund 200% of the purchase price including all postage costs if any item is not 100% authentic.

Payment

Our preferred methods of payment is PayPal or Direct Deposit to our nominated bank account. We also accept Australia Post Money Orders.

Please make your payment within 5 days of end of auction. If you are unable to do this then please contact us so that other arrangements can be discussed.

Please use your USER NAME as a reference on your bank deposit or postal order. This will assist us greatly in matching your payment to the item and allow us to ship your items promptly.

Postage

Items are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received. Please understand that it may take a couple of days for your payment to appear in our account.

Postage is via Australia Post.

Postage is charged at cost, that being Australia Post charges and packaging materials, and every attempt is made to keep postage costs at a minimum. We are more than happy to combine postage costs as follows:

First item (highest listed postage cost) 100% PLUS Second item 50% discount

Additional services, such as Insurance, Registered Post and Express Post are available on request, at additional cost. If you require any of these services just let us know at the end of the auction and we will arrange it for you.

Every care is taken however please understand that we accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post unless insurance is taken out. If you are concerned about this then we suggest you pay a little extra for insurance.

Please only bid if you are serious about buying. While we don't like doing it we must report non-paying bidders to eBay so that we can recover our fees.
