Bank Deposit: Please include your eBay user ID in the payment description if paying via bank deposit, NOT the auction number otherwise I will not know who it is from and your package may be delayed.

Refund policy: if the item is faulty a replacement pair will be sent once the item has been sent back via registered post at the purchaser’s expense. If there is no more stock of that item a refund will be issued. Please note that if the item is damaged during transit, a replacement pair will NOT be sent. Registered or platinum post is recommended as it offers insurance up to the value of the item.

If you wish to return the item because you no longer want the item, a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged on the total price of your item including postage.
