What does it mean when we say a unit is Fully Remanufactured?
Our experienced and exceptional factory-trained technicians begin the remanufacturing process by running all-inclusive diagnostic tests to determine any problems and to decipher which parts need to be replaced. Next, the equipment is stripped down to its bare frame and all of the internal wear parts and electronics are changed out with brand new factory specified parts, calibrated, and tested for optimum functionality. Most of the time these parts include bearings, bushings, belts, decks, grips, chains, foot plates, pedals, and electronics boards. After that, the equipment is restored to a like-new state using the latest techniques for powdercoating and painting. Lastly, the equipment is re-stickered, completely rebuilt to factory specifications, and thoroughly tested at all levels for maximum performance before it leaves our facility. Virtually every part of the equipment that you can physically touch has been re-powdercoated, re-painted, or replaced, rendering an essentially new unit.
