2.      To ensure the quality, the examination and printing test will be executed before dispatch

3.      For the perfect performance we encouraging customer install our CISS or refillable cartridges with brand new printer. perform printer head cleaning then print a nozzle examination sample page to be sure your printer is free for nozzle jamming or other faults.

4.      This items will be sent by Australia Post office registered parcel with insurance ($100 compensation)

5.      We will ensure all items are securely packed with bubble wrapping in carton box to minimize the risk of damage. Please note that once the items dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to guarantee or assume liability for late delivery, missing or damaged goods in transit. However, according to Aust. Post Office’s policy that it is receiver’s duty to claim the compensation if any damage or loss happen in transit ( compensation up to AUD $ 100 ).

6.      Postage for any returning or exchange at buyer’s expense.

7.      Please read the installation manual carefully and make sure you totally understand how to set up. As CISS belong to a consumable so please install ASAP when you receive it.

8.      Report any product defect or incompatible condition within 15 days from the day order dispatched, defect report made after 15 days customer will not entitled to ask item exchange or refund, also ink confused made by improperly installation will not entitled to ask refund or exchanged.

9.      Please inform us if invoice needed ( invoice will be sent through email )

10.   Any item return or exchange will be charge 20% of original cost for handling fee.
