It comes with the machine, 2x headphones which you both can listen at the same time. A velcros strap to help hold it in place while listening, and a demonstration and instruction audio cd,( cd never used) this is all in the picture.

Please note that the picture displays the machine with a red light on which tells you that this machine is in excellent working order..

I bought this while i was pregnant, ive had it approx 1 and 1/2 years..  This does not come with the orignal box but it will be packaged safe and secure.
