For auction I have this fabulous set pretend play furniture just perfect for your child's cubby house, play room or bedroom. It features a sink, and hutch, with hooks to hold tea cups just like a real one!!

The sink is just a stand alone, with a removable tub and two vintage handles as pretend taps. The hutch has 4 x hooks along the top to hang cups, plus shelves inside the cupboard at the bottom. Both items are in excellent condition (the photos may show some water here and there as they had just been washed when the pics were taken), with just some minor signs of normal use here and there. The sink tub shows the most wear with some fading. These items were hand made, and built to last forever - even with some punishment!

Measurements are:

Sink: 43cm wide x 44cm deep x 53cm high.

Hutch: 46cm wide x 27cm deep x 93cm high

Your child will honestly have so much fun with these wonderful items.

Pick up from Sunbury (3429) is welcome. I can also organise pick up from Coburg or Springvale South with some notice or I can arrange delivery for a small fee.
