NO LOCAL PICK-UP. Australian COMBINED SHIPPING AVAILABLE You can Choose your Postage preference in Checkout. 500g for $5.50 or $7.50 for Express Post Please DO NOT choose the 500g postage option if your item is heavier than 500g, or has dimensions larger than 33 x 20 x 5 cm, as it will not fit in the 500g bag. Thank you A HUGE Express Post 3kg for $11.00 A MASSIVE Express Post 5kg for $18.50 Books are sent in a toughbag / padded bag OR bubble-wrap inside a prepaid satchel. DVDs are sent bubble-wrapped, packed inside Australia Post Mail-boxes. You will only ever be charged for the cost of the packaging. I use Australia Post Packaging and the price of your packaging is easily checked. Packaging costs are included in Postage Price. Store orders $50 and over will be upgraded to REGISTERED POSTAGE for free and store orders over $100 will be sent free of charge but this does not include rare / antique books. Returns Policy
I don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect selection. However if an item is not as described or does not work as it should I will refund the item price immediately. Items are sent securely packaged. Damage in transit is outside my control and not included in my refund policy. Please contact me before returning any item. Unsolicited Items will be returned to sender unopened. Items must be returned in packaging identical to that which they were sent in. It is available from Australia Post. If items are returned in different packaging a refund will not be given. Though a limited store credit may be given. Thank you.
Item Condition
All books are sold according to the following grading system:

NEW - New from a publisher and a latest or recent release. NEW / OLD STOCK - New but may have been sitting around for a while. AS NEW - Second Hand but unmarked and looks new. . May have the slightest of creasing or wear - barely noticeable. A Bargain. EXCELLENT - May have slight wear and/or slight staining to page edges but no underlining/marking of any kind within the book. VERY GOOD - May have light wear, some underlining in pencil and/or light staining to pages/page edges. GOOD - May have moderate wear, some limited underlining in pen/highlighter or heavy underlining in pencil and/or medium staining to pages/page edges. FAIR - May have some physical damage to the book itself, heavy underlining in pen/pencil/highlighter. May be stained heavily on pages/page edges. POOR - It's beat up, stained and been used as a notebook/placemat etc. But you can read all the info and it's at a rock-bottom, bargain basement price. ANTIQUE BOOKS - Due to their age these books are classed a little differently and are given individual, detailed descriptions and do not use the above classifications. |
