As soon as payment has been verified your item will be shipped via CD. This will incur a cost of $3.00 (Worldwide) for postage. This is due to Ebays new policy as at 8th April 2008 that does not allow products to be delivered electronically. All designs purchase from Ebay must be shipped on CD. Do you give refunds?

Sorry because of the nature of this product refunds are unable to be given, if you receive corrupt designs then replacement designs will be sent upon notification. You have 30 days to notify me of corrupt designs after this time no replacement designs will be sent.

Can I use your designs on items I sell?

Yes you can use the designs that you purchase from me for handmade items only as long as they are not mass produced (e.g. more than 200 items). You may not share, sell, trade or include any designs purchased this includes to friends, family, forums and is extended to being included in other design packages. Only you have the license to use these designs to use for any other purpose other than set out in my terms is a copyright infringement and is illegal.

How do I use your designs?

You will need to have a machine that can do embroidery, and also a means of transferring the designs from your computer to your machine ( e.g. amazing box, card reader etc). It is up to the purchaser to know how to do this as I do not provide support in transferring to your machine.

How are your designs created?

I manually punch all my designs, there are no designs that are auto digitized. I use high quality software and spend a lot of time ensuring you get a quality design that will stitch out perfectly every time.

Are you the owner of the designs?

I own my designs however I do purchase my graphics from various artists. I spend a lot of money ensuring that all graphics that are used are appropriately licensed from the artist.
