solid sterling 925 silver SFL-400S flute is excellent value

offering the flute player an instrument packed with features
usually found on far more expensive models. It is modelled
on the Yamaha YFL-574 – the benchmark for intermediate
open hole flutes. This instrument is, of course, brand new and is made
from solid 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver). Please
note that it is SOLID silver and not just silver-plated.
The solid silver headjoint and body give a
richer, more beautiful sound than a silver-plated flute.
As the silver content in the flute increases, the acoustic
harmonic content of the sound will increase. Played side-by-side,
this quality flute (with a solid sterling silver body) will
sound richer, fuller and more interesting than a silver-plated
flute. For the intermediate student who shows a strong commitment
to the flute, the solid 925 silver bodied flute is highly
recommended.
Each flute is play tested and quality checked
before shipping – ensuring you only get the best. Also included are silicone plugs to convert the
flute back to a closed hole model. These plugs enable the
player to become used to playing an open hole flute by working
in stages and changing it as necessary.
