Rebound Properties
When EPS helmets take a hard hit, the foam liner
compresses and stays compressed, losing most of its impact-absorbing properties.
Because multi-impact SXP has built-in rebound control, once the helmet liner has been compressed, multi-impact SXP memory kicks in and the liner rebounds to its original shape, maintaining its impact-absorbing qualities.
Multi-impact SXP technology uses a patented Surface Activation Process to offer consumers unprecedented multiple-impact
protection in a lightweight helmet.

2 Stage
• Low profile and light weight, the 2 Stage foam liner allows for a snug and comfortable fit.
• 2 Stage foam liners do not meet certification standards for action sports helmets.
• 2 Stage foam liners can be found in our Classic Skate, B2 Skate, Ace Skate, Bucky Lasek Skate,
and Classic Full Cut Skate helmets.
BOA FIT SYSTEM
Custom fit your helmet with the most advanced helmet fit system in the snow market. Easily turn the BOA dial to adjust helmet sizing providing the very best in custom fit advancement for helmets. See for yourself what truly custom fit feels like.
TWIST FIT SYSTEM
Easy twist fit adjustable sizing that allows the circumference of the helmet interior to grow as your child grows. Allowing for three helmet sizes worth of growth in one helmet from a Jr. Sml to Adult Sml. (49cm-54cm).
Simply twist the fit dial on the rear drop liner to adjust the size.
PEEL AWAY FIT SYSTEM
Easily adjustable sizing that allows the circumference of the helmet interior to grow as your child grows. Allowing for two helmet sizes worth of growth in one helmet from a Jr. Med to Adult Sml. (51cm-54cm). Simply peel away the pad liners to adjust the size.
GOGGLE VENTS
A defogging system built into the helmet shell designed to allow cool air in and flush hot air out keeping the inside of your goggles dry and clear.
GOGGLE SHELF
A molded shelf in the shell of our helmets designed for optimal positioning of your goggle strap to create a secure fit between your goggles and your helmet.
AUDIO FORCE EAR PADS
Listen to your favorite music without having to use headphones. PRO-TEC AUDIO FORCE ear pads easily replace standard ear pads on our ACE FREECARVE AND CLASSIC SNOW helmets. The cord plugs into most portable audio players and is equipped with in line volume control. Audio Force ear sets are also available to be sold separately as an aftermarket upgrade.
PLANTRONICS AUDIO FORCE
Plantronics Audio Force is powered by Plantronics Sound Innovation. Featuring high-definition sound quality and DJ-styled ear pads to block out the mountain wind. The cord plugs into most portable audio players with a twist locking connection on the ear pad, so it won’t unplug while you’rE riding. Glove friendly on ear controls allow for easy adjustment of the volume roller and one-touch mute button to stop the sound instantly when necessary.
AGION ANTIMICROBIAL TREATMENT
The environmentally friendly Agion technology operates at the surface of a product through the controlled release of silver ions that attack microbes and inhibit their growth stopping odor and preventing bacterial and fungal growth.
BERNOULLI VENTING SYSTEM
Another exclusive technology to PRO-TEC the Bernoulli Venting System works as you ride. As air passes over the helmet each vent experiences a drop in pressure. This difference in pressure causes the interior heated air to be drawn out of the helmet and replaced by cooler air. Strategically placed ventilation ports in the brim of the helmet work in conjunction with the Bernoulli System promoting airflow through a riders goggles preventing fogging
WIND SHIELD
Exclusive to PRO-TEC this patent pending technology allows your goggles to rest inside a channel on the helmet interior blocking cold air and sealing the unsightly gap between your goggles and helmet.
VENT PLUGS
Simple lightweight and effective system for regulating airflow in and out of your helmet. Positioned on the vent holes on the inside of the helmet. The adjustable vent plugs can be positioned or removed in various configurations allowing the rider to adjust airflow and temperature to cater to different riding conditions.
IN MOLD CONSTRUCTION
In Mold Construction fuses a lightweight polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet’s impact-absorbing EPS foam liner. This method of construction provides the optimal balance of protection and low-profile style without any excess weight.
