Professional Instructors Dive Kit

Selling Scuba Diving Instructor kit All of this gear was bought 2 years ago from ProDive with the intention of becoming an instructor. Since then i had completed all certificates up to instructor but cannot continue due to other commitments. All the gear has been kept dry and clean since my last dive. I always washed my gear after use with wetsuit wash then hung it out to dry before packing it away in an airtight container. The gear is all in great condition and has been well kept. After all it was a very large investment at 18 and i wanted to keep my gear perfect.(over $4000 was spent)

Gear includes

- size small 7mm wetsuit with sealed ankles, wrists and neck (for added thermal protection) ( fits myself, 185cm tall, 32inch waist, bit of room around tummy)

-Aqualung Hoody. This is size small and great for winter, adding warmth to your head and chest. There is a small rip just above the face hole, where i put my finger through it (trying to pull it down too hard) I have done many dives with the rip there and it didn't effect myself. Although you may want to stich it up. See pictures for the rip

- SeaQuest Pro QD bcd. size m/l. comes with integrated weights (soft pouches in rear for comfort and normal weights in the quick release pouches on the front), bcd knife, whistle, stainless steel clips to attach accessories, occy (secondary regulator) mouthpiece holder, BCD in perfect condition. http://www.calvintang.com/blog/2005/12/seaquest-pro-qd-bcd-review

- Aqualung Professional 1st stage yoke fitting with Auto Closure Device, so when you take the 1st stage off the tank it seals stopping water entering. Legend LX main regulator http://scubareview.org/?page_id=59 which is the top of the line aqualung regulator. (the mouthpiece is split, i must bite down on it while diving :) so it may need replacing )

- Aqualung LX occy to accompany the Legend LX Main regulator

-Suunto Gekko 3 in line computer/air/compass combo. This is a great dive computer, accurate and reliable. Served me well over my 100+ dives.  The setup is encased in a stainless stell housing to protect it from drops/bumps/rocks etc. Also comes with a retractable cord that attaches to your bcd. So the computer stays tucked into your chest and when you need it you pull it out, check your gauges then let it go and it retracts back to your chest.

-2x Sherwood 204bar alluminium tanks. These tanks were bought from a distributor in western australia and have been used under 10 times each. They are both Yoke valve and were last tested in 08/2007 . They will need to be restamped before use, but are in perfect working condition (they have had air in them while in storage so no condensation would have gotten in)

- 1x Wreck reel. I can't remember how long it actually is, 30m i'm quite sure. The string is high strength and has no frays or cuts. It has been used less than 10 times during wreck dives and always thoroughly washed afterwards. It has a tension screw and a stainless steel clip to attach to your bcd.

-1x Technisub Lumens X6 torch. This torch is bright enough to be your primary dive light and i had some great experiences with it by my side.

-1x A4 size dive slate with pencil. I opted for this large size slate to aid in teaching and communicating as a dive master. It comes with a click in buckle (one end on your bcd and the other on the slate )

-1x Gear box. This water proof box fits all the gear perfectly and it a great space saver. especially if you are driving to your dive site (southport seaway) it can fit right in your boot.

-1x Bath tub. This was used to wash my gear after every dive outing. or soak it overnight.

I am NOT selling the GLOVES. they are in one of the pictures but i am holding onto them.

The regulators and first stage have not been services in over a year so i would recommend taking them into your local dive store along with the tanks to all be serviced at once.
