Professional Photographer Seeks Wedding, FREE Canvas !

 Hi ! My name is Martin, I'm a professional photographer based in Melbourne with over 15 years experience.

I am looking to expand my portfolio in Wedding Photography, therefore I offer the following for a short period of time and limited in number package.  I will travel ANYWHERE for an additional travel fee, please contact me to discuss...

Please understand that this package covers my travel/equipment costs on the day and pretty much nothing else, therefore you are getting a pro to do it for almost free...  Normally this package would cost $2000, then there is also the cost of printing the shots.

I use the best (and VERY expensive) professional equipment to capture your images, this consists of a Canon EOS - 1D MKII and a 21 megapixel EOS 5D Mark II camera, a suite of professional "L" lenses and a sophisticated lighting systems to bring out the best your images can be.

SHORT NOTICE = OK !!!

Some questions to ask a prospective photographer:

A. Do you use a professional camera that automatically backs up images to a second card in case of card failure ?
(imagine ALL the images of your day - GONE, it happens !)

B.  Do you carry back up equipment in case of failure ?

C. If yes - is that equipment of the same standard or just a cheap back up ?

D. Do you use "L" series lenses (for the Canon shooters) ?
 
E.  If not, WHY not ?  I have seen photos taken with the cheap lenses that come with a camera as part of a kit, these lenses can distort the colours, the contrast, the perspective SO MUCH that it is a wonder people do not notice the white wedding dress looks blue ???

F. Do you use off camera lighting or just a flash stuck on top, even worse - built in ?

Before your wedding day, we will discuss the style and approach you would like to have on your day, special effects/filters, selective B&W colouring, whether you want posed formal shots or would prefer to have more natural candid memories of the day - maybe both ?

Wedding Package. (Max 6 hours)

A FREE 16 * 20 Inch Canvas Print of your choice.

All photos are checked and made up to be their best digitally, you also get around 10 shots with special effects !!!
(this takes around 30 hours of post-processing work AFTER the wedding)

 Reception (cake cutting, etc...)

I do not hold your photos to ransom as some other photographers (and then charge you an arm and a leg to print a small picture !!!)

Although you can use cheap bulk printers to print your photos for your friends (Kmart, Office works etc.)  I can recommend a REAL photo lab to print to perfection - especially if you intend on blowing your shots up to put on a wall, I can also provide a canvas print for you at unbeatable prices - up to a whopping 1 by 1.6 meter size...

All photos supplied on DVD (approx 300 - 500 shots) in RAW & JPG format (RAW is the digital equivalent of a film negative - unprocessed image, which makes further digital alteration much easier and non-destructive)

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your wedding in.
