Now you can finally get professional quality relief for your tight sore muscles without having to pay professionals, or even leave your own home.
If you suffer tight sore muscles, haven’t got the time or money for a regular visit to the masseur, need professional soft tissue therapy, or simply want something to get deep into those tight sore spots at the end of a hard day’s work then this affordable professional strength deep tissue massager along with some simple usage advice could well be the answer to your prayers.
My name is Graeme Blennerhassett, a Chiropractor with nearly 20 years experience with a strong focus on muscular and other soft tissue problems.
Every day we get a procession of patients just like you, suffering from a multitude of aches and pains. Tight muscles and deep “knots” can be a big part of the problem, and too often they are so extensive, and been there so long, that it would take a huge amount of massage or some other form of therapy over time to help get right. This can be very time consuming and very expensive. The sad truth is that because of this most people only get a fraction of the necessary work done, and as a consequence these conditions typically relapse, gradually worsen and often become permanent.
We also live in a world where people work long hours, and spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or in cars. A good quality massage at the end of the day by someone who can really get into the tight spots would be wonderful, but who other than a professional sports person can actually get this?
What I am sharing here is the system we’ve developed that helps you get that quality massage you need for a fraction of the time and cost. It works whether you have a specific problems to help fix, you need a good massage after a hard day’s work, or just want to feel good.
How do we do this? Along with a great number of other practitioners we use hand held power massagers on our patients. Some of the purists don’t like them but they are a lot faster and do a better job than by hand. I like to compare it with digging a trench. Ditch diggers and backhoes are not only faster than shovels, they do a better job. What we do is provide patients with a suitable machine, show them how to use it on themselves, and have them use it regularly at home.
All we needed to do this was a suitable machine, which proved to be a big stumbling block.
The ones practitioners use tend to be cumbersome, expensive, and to be perfectly frank the only one I’d be happy with as far as strength, durability and penetrating power goes is a machine called a G5. (http://www.g5.com/products/) If you’ve got a spare $2-3,000 and plenty of room (they have a stand with a large flexible drive shaft and head) they would do a great job for you.
On the other hand there are the consumer machines you might buy in the shops or here on Ebay. In fairness they are not really built to be serious. The manufacturers have no idea who is going to use them and on what. Also, it is very unlikely users will seek proper advice. They give nice warm and fuzzy feelings and make good mothers day presents, but that’s about it.
This left us with only one alternative. To get something for my patients that would make a real difference to their muscular problems using them at home, or really get into their tight spots at the end of the day, we had to get one especially made.
That’s what we did. And by getting our own built we were able to get something that will really work well for you. Lets have a look at some of the things that make this machine work so well and so easy to use.
If you look at the business end of the massager you'll find a very powerful motor and the strongest hammer/drive mechanism I've ever seen on a portable massager. You even have sturdy hammer heads that screw into a solid brass housing rather than having those egg cup shaped dimply rubber attachments you seem to see on most massagers. What this means to you is simple. Where other machines basically vibrate the surface and make you feel a bit better this one has the power and capability to send massaging vibrations deep into the muscles where they are needed. Ask any masseur where the main problem spots usually are: near the surface or deep down. If you want something to feel nice on the surface get someone to rub sun tan lotion in, but if you want to get to the spots that count, this is the machine to do it.
The next important thing we've found for patients is the ergonomics of the machine, specifically the weight and shape. The weight is certainly very reasonable considering the power and strength. We've even had women in their 70s use it. The shape of the machine is from our perspective the best we've seen. Let me explain. For doing a lot of the important but harder to get at areas of your body you need a comfortable handle that slopes downwards. What than means is that you don't have to for example lift your arm as high when doing the back of your shoulders. That makes it easier and reduces fatigue.
Another feature is the ball like expansion at the end of the handle. A lot of massagers don't have this feature, and some even have handles that taper towards the end. When they are like this you have to grip the handle tightly to prevent the handle from slipping through your grasp. This causes fatigue with use. On the other hand the ball like expansion stops the machine slipping from your grasp, which means you don't have to grip the machine anywhere near as tightly. You can use the machine for longer with less fatigue.
Unfortunately a lot of things you buy now are designed to be used a few times then thrown in a cupboard. We wanted this machine to not only do good job, we wanted patients to keep using them year in, year out. We've used (and abused) a sample for hundreds of hours and it still works and sounds like brand new. If you've ever used massagers before you will realize how remarkable this is, as most develop rattles and vibrations after they have done a bit of work. We saw why when we pulled one apart and noted the bearings and drive mechanism were about four times the size on those in comparable machines. We are very confident they are built to last.
Let me share with you another thing that should make you even more confident that if you invest in one of these machines you will be getting something that will do a really great job for you.
We first got the machines two days before Christmas 2007. The first shipment arrived late Saturday morning when our clinic was closed, but we had three patients who had used the prototype waiting for us to unpack the cartons so they could get one. We have since sold about 200 to our patients. Not a single person has been unhappy with them.
"If these sound too good to for the price we have sold a large number on Ebay and the feedback is there to see."
You can purchase one of these machines with absolutely no risk whatsoever. We've put enough work and testing into this machine that we can guarantee they work extra-ordinarily well If for some reason you are not happy with it, you don't think its unbelievably effective, or even don't like the colour of it we will not be happy keeping your money and refund the full purchase price immediately.
