Delivery information
Australian delivery is via Australia Post e-Parcel. A signature for delivery is required. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card for you to take to your post office and collect the item from there. Australian Sports Supplies does not take any responsibility for products lost via post- if you are concerned about this please enquire about insurance (if you don't you will bear all risks in transit).
International delivery is via Airmail, Express Post International and Express Courier International. Please not the delivery times before worrying whether your item is lost.
 
PICK-UP? We do not have pickup facilities.
Order dispatch- Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days (excluding personalised items). Whilst all urgency is given to every order- we cannot guarantee order delivery dates.
 
Multiple items? Yes we combine shipping to save you money. This is automatically done on your invoice.

Customer Service
Returns policy- FAULTY ITEMS or INCORRECT ITEMS SENT- please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if your item is faulty or you have been sent the incorrect item. We can not accept returns after this time. You will be given a Reply Paid postage number to send the goods back to us (WE DO NOT ACCEPT POD). We will then post out the correct item.
CHANGE OF MIND or WRONG SELECTION- if you select the wrong item for any reason, you can contact us within 3 days to arrange an exhange. Goods must be in the exact unused condition they were sent to in- this includes all packaging, attachments, etc. Goods that have been personalised or prepared by us on your behalf cannot be exchanged for change of mind. You will need to pay for postage back to us, and postage of a replacement exchange item to you. Your exchange value will be the cost of the original item (Excluding postage).

UK, US, Australian sizing?
Sport shoes are general sized by the US Size.
UK size is approxiametely 1 size less than the US size but this varies between brands (ie US 10 = UK 9)
There is no such thing as Australian sizing- there is no standard Australian size
If you have a UKor EURO sizing please just ask us and we can help you

General CM measurements by size (THESE are a GUIDE only!- brands vary in sizing
 Size is the CM length of the sole (Exterior)

7 US= 25cm, 8US= 26cm, 9US=27cm, 10US=28cm, 11US= 29cm, 12US= 30cm, 13 US=31cm

These are measurements are only a guide. Please check with us if you are still unsure about the size. Do not rely on this information as we can't take responsibility if the shoe varies from the guide as every brand sizes differently.


 
You can return the SHOES for a different size if they don't fit- you will need to contact us and pay for postage both ways first if this is the case though. Subject to availability.
