1. for the items including freight :
If you are unhappy with the items for any reason,they can be fully refund within 7 days after receipt,(shipping cost are non-refundable.)
2. for the items free of freight:
can be fully refund within 7 days after receipt if you are unhappy with them
We will adjust them for the customers who would like to buy more items from the countries which do NOT include in the following:i.e. Asia,Australia,Canada,Germany,United Kingdom and United States as well as some other big countries.

If you win two or more items together, we are glad to offer combine shipping discount to you, so you will save shipping cost greatly. And We will pack the items professionally. please allow 15to 20 Business day for shipping after you've paid. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the goods in the original box and mark 'return to sender'.
