I generally use pre-paid satchels (if the item fits) as it is often the cheapest option once a packed item weighs over 500g and the buyer is outside Qld. ME: I am a Mum of 3, wife of none, selling on ebay to try and make a bit of spare $$$ to spend on the kids and to pay off my enormous credit card debt. Some months I get Happiness bills totalling $100, so bank deposit is always preferred.
