vWill my 3G simcard work in this phone?
Yes, All 3G simcards (Three 3, Telstra, Telstra Next G, Optus, Vodafone, and more) will work on this phone, the 3G simcard will operate like a normal GSM simcard. All Three(3) 3G simcard will be roaming on Telstra network, as arrangement between Three and Telstra, but there is no roaming fee for all voice calls/sms, they only charge roaming fees for data service(internet), and the advantage on roaming is the coverage of network increased from 80% of Three to 96% of Telstra, so you getting better signal strength and are better covered.
v Why the phone can't read my phonebook from Three 3G sim card?
There are different format of Three 3G simcards and other simcards, to get around this problem, you can copy your phonebook on the Three simcard to your old phone, then insert a non-Three simcard(the one to be used as sim2 in this phone), copy those phonebook onto it, then insert both simcards in this phone, you can copy those phonebook from sim2 to this phone if you like, the phone will be able to read all phonebook from sim2/phone.
v Can I send and receive MMS and surf the internet using WAP on this phone?
Yes, you will need to setup the correct GPRS setting for your network before you can send and receive MMS or access the internet via WAP. Please contact us on littletechshop@yahoo.com.au for your network setting.
v Do I need to insert two sim cards in this phone?
The phone will operate with one sim card. You can insert one sim card or two sim cards in this phone, the phone supports two sim cards simultaneously. You can turn ON or OFF one or both sim cards to your choosing. Turning OFF both sim cards allow you to use the phone as a media player on a PLANE, normally referred to as FLIGHT MODE by your airline Captain during the safety announcements.
v Can I have two different phone companies in one phone?
Yes, you can have any simcard in the phone you wish, including overseas cards. The phone is not locked to any network, so no jail breaking is needed or fee for unlocking.
It is perfect to travel overseas with unlike locked prepaid phones; you can call using a local sim card to save on roaming charges. Don’t get stung with roaming charges with the this phone, keep your current number and make calls using a local sim card to avoid those exorbitant roaming charges.
v Does this phone work in the USA and Japan?
This phone will work in the USA, the phone supports networks that operate on GSM 850/900/1800/1900Mhz in the US. But Japan does not have a GSM infrastructure and thus no any GSM phones will work in Japan.
v Can this phone play videos and MP3 files?
Yes, you can convert popular videos and play them on this phone. You may need to download and install a video converter software. The phone has a built-in MP3 player allows quality sound to be piped to the built-in loud speaker. MP3 files can be used as ring tones and alerts to personalise you phone.
v How much memory does this phone support for media storage?
This phone can support memory expansion via micro SD cards. Currently the phones can support cards up to 8GB. The phone comes with a 2GB card, about 500 mp3's or about 50 music albums.

v Why the phone keeps saying that the time zone has changed even though it is set, is there a way to keep that from happening?
You can enter the menu "Settings >Setup >Auto update of date and time" to set it "off".
v How to download music and ringtones into my phone?
Connect the usb cable to your computer, select as Mass Storage, then copy your music to the "my music" folder of the memory card.
v Why does my phone’s touch screen can’t work?
Please enter the menu "Settings >Pen calibration", then complete the steps as directed.
v Why does the charger can't work?
Maybe the charger adapter or the cable is faulty. To test it, just turn off the phone and use the cable to connect the phone to computer to see whether it can be charged, if it can’t be charged, it should be a faulty cable, if the cable works, then should be the faulty adapter. Please contact us for a replacement.
v How can I apply my mp3 music as ringtone?
Please enter "phone book >caller ring tone"-go down the list menu and choose "<Empty>">enter "memory card">"my music", choose the music which you want to set for ringtone.
v If my phone is on vibration and I want to change it to vibration and ring?
You can enter the "User profiles" to set it.
v Why does my phone locked and the phone can't work, when I turned off the power, then turned on, it happened again within only 5 minutes?
Please enter menu "Settings >Security setup >Auto keypad lock" to set "Off", The phone will not be auto locked, If you want to unlock the keypad, you can press “Unlock” above “send 2” key then press “*” .
v When I turn on/off the phone, it has loud sound, how can I set them off?
Please enter “User Profiles >General or Meeting....(one of them) >Customize >Tone Setup >power on(power off) >Silent.
v Set Wallpaper: "Settings > Phone Setup >Display characteristic >Wallpaper >User defined" then choose the picture saved in your memory card.
v For the greeting image: you need to enter "Settings >Phone Setup >Display characteristic >power on (power off) display >User defined", then choose the picture which saved in your memory card.
v Keep the wallpaper/music changed automatically by shaking switching: please enter "settings >phone setup >Gsensor" to set it "on".
v Ring tone: enter menu "user profiles >general >customize >tone setup – SIM 1 incoming call or (sim2 incoming call) ", scroll down to "Empty" >replace >choose the ringtone you saved.
v Listen music: Step one: go to Menu >Multimedia >Audio Player Enter the audio player, click “List” > “Options” > “Setting” to set music read from "memory card" (the default setting is from phone) then press "ok" to save. Step two: Create "my music" folder in your memory card, then copy the music into the folder, then restart the phone, and open the Audio Player, it will appear a auto-music list to play. Notice: this phone only support ".MP3" format.
v Turn off Time zone auto update: enter "settings >phone setup >Auto update of date and time" to set it "off".
