New Pro Level Silver Plated Flute

The Elegant family of C flutes is Largo Australia's range of 17 key flutes (Includes a low B key). These come standard with silver plating and are available as either a closed-hole model or as a 'French' open-hole model. The open-hole model is preferred by professional players as it enables a cleaner sound to be attained.

Elegant open-hole flutes include key plugs to help ensure a smooth transition from a closed-hole model. Like the Dolce, these flutes come standard with a split E mechanism and offset G. In addition to this they also have a high C gizmo key. This key is an attachment to the low B joint and enables the player to more accurately play top C. Needless to say this is a feature for the more advanced player, however the Elegant flutes are priced such that a student can easily afford them.

12 Months Warranty

Warranty Information

All instruments are guaranteed against faulty manufacture or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of manufacture. Warranty does not extend to:

Any damage whatsoever caused by the purchaser.

Normal wear and tear.

Accidental damage howsoever caused.

Damage caused by using any cleaning agent, device or cloth, other than what was supplied with the instrument or recommended by Largo Australia. (Conditional upon the supplied cleaning cloth being free of oil, grease, dirt or other debris.)

Cost of return for warranty is paid by the purchaser, Largo Australia will pay for the return of the repaired/replaced instrument to you.

Policy for Returning Items:

Refunds and exchanges on reeds, mouthpieces, strings and other accessories are not accepted due to the personal nature of the products. These products are non-returnable unless there is a known manufacturing fault or defect.

Defective Items:

Defective products must be returned to Largo Australia within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement; Items will be replaced with the product originally purchased. For products that cannot be replaced due to unavailability, a full refund will be offered. All care is taken in relation to the handling of these items during shipping and handling.

How to Return your product:

Contact Largo Australia at sales@jouellinestrings.com.au A representative will evaluate your return request and record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). You will also be provided with address details of where to send your return. You should not send your item without an "RAN"
Send your item to the return address provided with your RAN clearly displayed on and inside the return packaging.
Once the return has been received and processed, a replacement product will be forwarded.

Important:

Largo Australia are not liable for any charges incurred in returning goods to our premises.
The return must be received by Largo Australia within (14) fourteen days of the RAN Number being issued.
Replacement products will only be forwarded after the faulty item has been received by Largo Australia.
All returns must have an RAN Number.
Products that are returned to Largo Australia without an RAN clearly displayed will be returned to sender

is by direct deposit, money order or by paypal. COD is welcome in Australia only, and will cost an extra $9, which is the Post Office charge for this service.
