Australian handcrafted Gemstone Jewellery

Spirit Quartz Point Sterling silver wire wrapped pendant

This is an interesting quartz point I found, and it actually has a band of citrine down the side. These many tiny crystals on a main quartz point  are called "spirit quartz" and they reflect the light beautifully, making this pendant shimmer.

I've wrapped it in sterling silver wire, it is an odd angle so I have designed it to hang straight from the wire weave bail. There are also 4 Swarovski crystals to add to the sparkle.

The finished pendant is 60mm long and one of a kind to treasure.

 

QUARTZ- The most versatile of all Gemstones. In combination with other stones it enhances their energy. It is said to  attract life and bring it into the physical world, raise energy to the highest level and releases blockages and bring the body into balance.

 

Wire Wrapping:

My pendants are totally handmade, gemstones and crystals made into unique pendants by the use of sterling silver or 14k gold filled wire only. Sometimes many, many yards of it! No glues, no fixatives, just the tension of the wire holding it together. The description of gemstones that most appeals to me is that they are "part of the earth's DNA". Even if you feel they don't have any special metaphysical properties, I am sure you will agree with me that they have an enduring quality and beauty. All my jewellery is one of a kind, created in the inspiration of the moment and made with care. I use quality materials and aim to produce beautiful, affordable items. Each one is unique, as even if I try and repeat a design, it's never quite the same, especially with gemstones!

Shipping

Posted in a secure padded bag, and I will fit in as many items as possible before adding additional postage. Registered post is required for items over $50 and is free for purchases over $75.00
