Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

Please pay immediately after you have bought or won an item.  Payment must be made within 10 days of close of auction.  I accept pay pal, Australian money order or direct deposit.  Unfortunately I am unable to accept escrow payments or personal cheques.

When paying by direct deposit can you please your Ebay name under description in the bank transaction. 

REFUND

Returns are only accepted if the product received does not meet the item description (if there is a description mistake). It can be returned within 7 days for an exchange if I have the product or a refund of the bidding price.  No returns for change of heart or if the item does not fit once received.

Items returned are subjected to an inspection before a refund is issued.  Original tags and labels must be attached to the item to receive full refund. Postage or shipping costs are not refundable. I will not provide a refund if the original tags are not attached to the item.

POSTAGE

If not specified I send all my items via Australia Post.  Please allow 7 to 14 days depending on your location for delivery.   I try and keep my handling costs to a minimum.  Items will be sent every second day after I have received confirmation of your payment.  I definitely combine postage on items listed over a 7 day period.  If you want combined postage DO NOT pay for any item, wait until the other items are won (7 days max) and I will send you a combined invoice.  If you are bidding on multiple items please inform me straight away so that I don't send them and can combine postage.

I will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if your item or order is over $50 you pay an extra $3 for registered post. I do not mind sending any item registered insured or express post.  I can then track if a parcel does not make it to you. 

OVERSEAS POSTAGE

If you need the item sent outside of Australia then please email me for costing.
