Christmas Book, 1943.
Published for the RAAF, by the AUSTRALIAN WAR MEMORIAL, CANBERRA, ACT. 1943.

Large format (28cm by 22cm) hard cover (mid-blue cloth with navy blue lettering & pilot feature picture on front), dust jacket, pictorial endpapers (by Harold Freedman).

Many colour plates (see list pic # 4), along with literary & other contributions by "various  blokes in the Service".

CONDITION: Endpapers bit crinkled; couple corners bumped; slight darkening (foxing?) in a couple of spots- notably a strip on back endpaper, title page has couple spots;  Slight graze front jacket top right, Couple small portions missing on jacket - front lower left (<1cm), lower right (<2cm), crease lower front, small tear (<2cm) lower back...

Despite these minor flaws, the book  presents very well - colours appear sharp and cover / pages appear clear, straight and fresh.
