Condition: Disc has only minimal and very slight scratches, but plays perfectly. Inserts are very good. Cover/jewel case is cracked on the front but otherwise functions perfectly.

$4.00 for 3 CDs, $5.50 for 6 to 8 CDs (in a pre-paid satchel)

International: $8.00, with bubble wrap or cardboard in a plain envelope.

$10 for 2 CDs. Prices vary for more than two.

If you want CD mailer packaging to be used postage prices will be higher and varied.
