About shipping, postage and local pick-ups

1.        After I received your payment for the winning item(s), I will send or ship the item(s) to your address in two working days by Australia Post.

2.        I will try to reduce the postage as much as I can and combine postage for more than one purchase. I reserve the right to refuse to combine shipping when not reasonably safe or the parcel would be too heavy.

3.        The “postage” for buyers within Australia has already included regular postage + registered post $2.80 + handling and packing materials etc $2.00. Every item will come to you well packed to ensure safe arrival.

4.        The postage I guesstimated above is for all the cities and towns within Australia only. It may be a bit higher for the same item(s) for cities in Victoria, and for cities in other Australian states it may be correct or even lower than the actual postage. At any rate, I’m not trying to get rich on postage, but of course trying to reduce it for you.

5.        I usually offer air mail rates for buyers outside of Australia. The postage has already included air mail fees + handling and packing materials etc $2.00. But please note that I am not responsible for customs fees.

6.        What I want to state in particular is that, for the sake of safe arrival or not being lost, the item(s) I send or ship will all come to you by REGISTERED POST，but the postage on the case or parcel that you will receive won’t show the actual charge($2.70) for registered post and that’s because I’ve already paid for that in advance.

7.        For local pick-ups, please just email or call me to arrange a date and time that most suit you.

About payment and feedback

1.        Payment: I would like respectfully to let you know that I appreciate your business. When the auction ended, you are the winning bidder for the item(s), and after that I will usually email you an invoice including item fees and postage in TWO days. After you received the invoice, I will give you 1-7 business days to organize your payment, and if I have not heard from you by Day 8, I will file non-paying bidder. So please complete the transaction within 7 days.
