Up for auction is this rare old "BOVRIL - KEEPS YOU FIT"

(stamped on both sides) wooden packing delivery box.

It originally held 1 doz. 2oz. bottles which is stamped

on both ends.

 

 From the 1920s or 1930s this Australiana box has had a

wooden divider with handle carefully made running its

length probably for separating bits and pieces in the

shed. It is in good condition with some fading to the

stamping - still displays well.

 

Measurements: 27cms x 16cms x 7cms (not

including handle.
