and paying the $1.
2. We will post you the "Recycle Pack" which consists of a
Reply Paid (FreePost) return envelope and a customer form for you to fill in.
3. Then you put your old
genuine GHD Styler and the customer form in the provided envelope and post it to us for
free. For extra security you may choose to send it to us Registered Post.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN 'NON-GENUINE' (FAKE) GHDs.
4. When we receive your GHD
Hair Straightener we will send you the payment via your preferred payment method - by
PayPal or by cheque. We pay you $35 for each genuine GHD you send to us. |

Rather than recycle my genuine GHD I would prefer to have it repaired. Do you repair
GHDs?
A. Yes, we can fix most faulty genuine GHD hair straighteners, please
contact us for more details.
Q. My
genuine GHD Styler is in very bad condition is it still worth $35?
A. Most
genuine GHD's have some value in spare parts and if the GHD is not recyclable then some
parts still have a value. We will contact you if we feel that your genuine GHD has
no value but this would be very rare and thus being the case we would simply return them
to you so you would not lose out. We would reserve the right to return genuine GHD's
that had previously been tampered with, are severely damaged or have had parts removed.
Q. I
suspect my GHD might be counterfeit (fake) can I return it for recycling?
A. No, we
do not deal in counterfeit goods. Please do not send in fake GHD stylers as they are
of no value and we will have to charge you postage to return them.

Which genuine GHD models do you accept?
A. We are
happy to receive any genuine GHD hair straighteners - Australian and overseas
models. Including: the mk 2 (pre mk3), SS, 3, 3.1, 3.1b, 3.3, all mk 4...(IV)
models, SS salon styler (wide) and MS mini styler. In any colour: black, baby pink,
hot pink, purple or white. Also dark, pure, rare and other limited editions.
Q. Do I
have to pay any postage cost?
A. No. We
send you a Reply Paid (FreePost) return envelope which requires no stamp when posted in
Australia. We recommend you get proof of postage just in the unlikely case that your
package goes astray - and you may choose to send your GHD to us Registered Post (costs
$2.80 from your local Post Office).
Q. How can
I pay the $1 for the "GHD Styler Recycle Pack"?
A. We
accept PayPal, Credit Card (secure online processing), cheque, money order, bank deposit

Q. I have
another brand of hair straightener, is this offer open to any other brand than GHD?
A. This offer is for GHD
