I'm a private seller selling my own items and do not accept returns - please only bid if you intend to buy and ask all questions before bidding. If I have made a mistake in my listing please email me, I'm a fair seller. (Postage can't be refunded). All used and vintage items will show signs of wear. Payments must be made within 3 days of winning the auction. Personal cheques from the UK only. All other Pay-Pal please. Postage stated for UK only, all other please email me before final bidding. Please note, my invoice does not include customs charges. All customs charges are between the buyer and the relevant shipping country.
Postage costs include stamps, packing materials & and a miniature handling fee, be sure to check out postage before bidding and please don't bid if you are not going to leave full 5*rating for postage. I will reuse/recycle packaging materials to minimize waste and all items will be well packaged. All items will be sent via recorded delivery, regardless of the destination - this is better for both of us. High value items over £ 39 will have insurance added after the bidding process (if the price was not known before end of bidding). Please note - if items are lost during transit I will forward you the tracking number or email you proof of postage (receipt), recovery of the item is the buyers responsibility thereafter. I always retain proof of postage. I usually post within 5 working days after receipt of payment, depending on my work hours. All items are from a pet and smoke free home. I do combine postage, just email me. Please ask all questions you have regarding the item before bidding ends, I do not accept returns - I'm only an email away should anything not be mentioned in the listing that you would like to know. All items are being sold as is. I will always endeavour to list pictures true to colour, but can't take responsibility for slight variations due to different monitor settings. If items get damaged in the post the buyer must fill in a complaint form with the postal carrier immediately and send this with the item in the original packaging back to me within 3 days, - I will only reimburse any costs that have been reimbursed by the carrier (usually postage is not refunded by Royal Mail) and only once it has cleared in my account. Alternatively I will help you with all needed information to pursue your own claim which might be much faster. I only sell items that I would be happy to receive myself. By bidding on my items the buyer accepts all the above.
