REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At ‘Quality Car Parts’ we do not operate a returns policy for items that are just 'not wanted'. If there is a genuine fault with your product, providing you can return the product back to us within 7 days of receipt we will of course arrange to dispatch a replacement product to you. We do also appreciate that sometimes products purchased do not always fit correctly. Although we advise that our products may be used for specific car makes and models we cannot give 100% guarantee of this as all our products are universal and a standard fitting and sometimes different car makes may vary slightly. If this is the case providing you can return the product to us within 7 days of receipt and providing the product is in the same ‘brand new’ condition, we will offer you some refund after deducting the cost of fees and postage. Please email us before returning the product(s). If you have any other reason for wanting to return your product(s), please email us and we will see if anything can be arranged.
