Freight/delivery:

For easy tracking and safety, we use a nationwide courier company for our deliveries. They are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you can provide a physical address. Goods are shipped directly from our warehouse in Melbourne within 24 hours of your payment clearing. Estimated delivery time: METRO destinations - 2-3 days REGIONAL destinations - 5-10 days.

Limitation of delivery by freight company is to the door, at the drivers discretion they may assist you in hand unloading your consignment but are not required to. If you do not have the resources to unload the delivery please let us know in advance so we can find an alternate freight company (extra charges may apply)

Transit Insurance:

Transport damage is at buyer's risk if insurance is not purchased.

Transport damage insurance cost is $30 per. This will cover the replacement of the product and 2 way transport costs.

Claims for transport damage must be made within 3 days after receiving goods.

If you decide not to take out transport damage insurance you will need to deal with the transport company by yourself if any damage appears on your item as a result of the courier company. All documents will be kept on record for ebay investigators if any dispute arises regarding your item being damaged in transit.

Payment terms:

Preferred payment method is via direct deposit or internet bank transfer, please include ebay user id in payment description. If payment was made at a branch, please email us the branch where the deposit was made so we can track your payment.

Warranty:

12 months manufacturers warranty on workmanship and materials. This product is designed for domestic use only and therefore the warranty does not apply to commercial applications.

• Does not cover transit damage if insurance was not purchased.

• Does not cover any physical damage, accidents or by misuse of the product.

• The warranty is applicable from the date of purchase and all Warranty claims must be supported with a dated receipt as Proof of Purchase.
