2) Will this hard shell case leave mark on my Toshiba NB205 or scratch my Toshiba NB205 netbook?
No, it will absolutely NOT leave mark on or scratch your netbook.
As the top cover has no open cut, the dirt will NOT get between the top cover and your netbook top panel easily.
However, you may still need to take the top cover off and use a soft cloth to wipe off the dirt on the screen and top panel of your netbook once every month.

3) Do you have any soft sleeve case for my Toshiba netbook?

USAGE:

To put on the case:
1) Shutdown your Toshiba NB205 netbook and keep your NB205 half open.
2) Place Toshiba NB205 netbook in bottom half of case, snap on the corners and back 'hooks'.
3) Place top half of the case on top of Toshiba NB205 netbook, snap on corners side by side.

To remove the case:
1) Pull the small tabs away from the Toshiba NB205 netbook corners to remove the case.
2) Open the Toshiba NB205 netbook and pull off the front corners first , then pop off the back.
