About Our Dresses:

All of our gowns are 100% Authentic and in excellent condition (unless otherwise stated). None of them have been worn to an actual wedding/event. Most dresses have never been tried on or have been tried on only a few times. Most of our gowns have already been professionally cleaned by one of the best gown cleaners in the bridal industry, Imperial Gown, so each gown is ready to be worn down the aisle. Sample bridal gowns may have a few marks, pulls, flaws or dust/dirt on the hem, etc that we feel are minor unless otherwise stated. As with any dress/gown, alterations are usually needed for the best fit. Please make sure to measure yourself (with undergarments only) and compare to the above measurements. Keep in mind that Evening/Bridal dresses usually run differently (usually smaller) than daywear. We believe in customer service and making our brides experience with us exceptional! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We are always glad to help!

Return Policy:

We would be glad to extend a return policy to all serious bidders upon receiving the veil at your location. When you receive the veil, you will need to email us within the first 24 hours to state if you will be keeping the veil or returning it. The veil would then need to be shipped back by UPS, Fedex or USPS insured and be received by us within 5 to 7 business days in the same condition as it was sent. Once we would receive the veil back we would inspect it and, if in the same condition as the veil was sent to you, we would refund the price of the veil only. The shipping to you and from you would not be refunded only the cost of the veil. If we would not hear from you within the first 24 hours of receiving the veil, we would consider the veil satisfactory and no returns/refunds would be accepted.
