7 days after the buyer receives it | ALL ISSUES RELATING TO REFUND MUST BE DISCUSSED WITH THE SELLER PRIOR TO AN ITEM BEING RETURNED. THE SELLER WILL NOT REFUND WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF THE BUYER CHANGES HER/HIS MIND. If the product is DOA (Dead On Arrival) as a result of a manufacturer's defect, it must be returned to the seller at the buyer's expense within 7 days of receipt. In that instance, a new product will be provided at the seller's expense or, where a new product is not available, a full refund will be given. Postal insurance is OPTIONAL and therefore ADDITIONAL to the postage amount shown. The seller takes no responsibility for items damaged in transit. |
