Detective Sam Dietz (LEO ROSSI - The Accused, Relentless, Halloween II) must find and stop a sadistic serial killer before he strikes again. He discovers that the killer is somehow connected to a beautiful psychiatrist (FAMKE JANSSEN - X-Men, Hide and Seek, X-Men 2), as the victims are all patients of hers and they are killed in a ceremonial fashion.
