If you live in Western Australia, Tasmania or Queensland please contact me as I can usually put the box into a large bag and then Australia Post can only weigh the parcel and not cube it, which means that postage is usually cheaper, but I cannot put this option into the Ebay system as there is no provision for it.
All items are packaged with considerable care.
Registered Post is now compulsory as I do not take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged through the postal system. Please note that I purchase most of the postal items such as the Registration in bulk so these charges do not appear on the postage label.

When using Direct Deposit please leave either the item number or your Ebay name for reference, if you do not it makes it very hard to identify who the payment is from and will delay posting.
1. I prefer direct deposit into my account, but will accept a money order. My credit union only has branches in Victoria Docklands, Ballart, Warrnambool, Wendouree, Woden ACT, Sydney, Arncliffe, Bankstown, Parramatta, Strathfield, West Perth, Maroochydore, Darwin, Leanyer & Palmerston.. Otherwise you will either need to pay online or you can go to your bank and they will do a direct deposit to my credit union account.
2. Contact must be made within three days and I expect payment within seven days of the end of the auction. If you are having problems, let me know and we can work things out, but if I don't hear from you I will assume you are a non-paying bidder and will file a NPB report.
3. POSTAGE POLICY: In the unfortunate event an item posted is damaged or lost during transit it is the responsibility of the receiver to handle the insurance claim and seek reimbursement with the Postal Authorities and you must keep your packing to take to the post office.
4. Please be aware that most of my items offered for auction are vintage items. Every item is accurately and honestly described to the best of my ability. However, vintage and antique items are not new, and generally bear some wear which is part of their appeal. Please feel free to ask for extra photographs or any information required before bidding.
5. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind after auction closed. I aim to provide the most accurate description of my items and returns will only be accepted if I have grossly misrepresented the item. Please ask as many questions as needed before you bid on any of my items. If you decide you are not happy after goods received, please email me with any complaint as I'm sure it can be sorted out. If it can't and a refund is to be given, no refunds will be given for postage costs. All information given at time of listing items is to the best of my knowledge true and correct.
6. Prior to any refund the items must be returned and received in the same condition as when purchased.
7. A buyer must return post the item within the first 5 days of the items arrival, all return arrangements must be made with me via email prior to return posting the item, otherwise I can not guarantee a refund.
8. Due to ever increasing costs, I now have to add a $1.00 to 2.00 packing charge for materials such as bubble wrap, tubes (if needed), tape, printing labels etc. The cost depends on the size of the item.
