Majdirect is run as part of our wholesale / retail business, questions will be answered during normal business hours (Monday - Thursday 09:00 to 17:00 and Friday0 9:00 to 13:00 UK time), when possible we will also try and reply outside these hours but can not guarantee it.

Packing & Handling Charges

We take great care in packing, and send all items in boxes or padded bags with bubble-wrap or Air cushions. A small charge of between £0.90p to £1.50 has been included in the Postage and Packaging cost to partially cover, material, packing, administration, printing of invoices and labels. WE MAKE NO PROFIT ON THIS CHARGE and it is charged only once per transaction, however many items you buy as long as they can be packed and dispatched in one parcel .

VAT -

VAT is included at the current standard rate in the UK in the Auction Final Price, and is payable by all customers in the UK and Europe. A VAT invoice is sent with all items.

For customers outside Europe no VAT is payable and we would love to be able to reduce the cost, but we must add an administration charge of an equivalent amount, to cover the costs additional customs requirements.

Warranty

All new items carry a full RTB Warranty (return to base) normally for 12 months, but please check manufacturers details. This is only available to the original buyer, buyer is responsible for the return postage. Please contact us before returning any item, for a returns number and the address to send your item to.

BIDDING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS

We will always happy to combine items for reduced postage, where possible, When purchased within 7 days of each other and paid and dispatched at the same time.

Please ask for a total, once you have finished buying and BEFORE making a payment.!

Please let us know if you are going to bid on another item ending at on a different day, and we will delay sending you an invoice until you notify us you have completed your purchases.

Please request total cost BEFORE paying for Items, and we will send you a combined invoice with reduced postage/shipping costs where possible.

Feedback- In line with eBay guidelines, we leave feedback for buyers after they have received their goods and left feedback for us (the conclusion of the transaction). If you are unhappy with your purchase, we would be grateful for the opportunity to resolve the problem before resorting to feedback.

We endeavor to despatch items the same day by 1st class post,(or Airmail for non-UK) when payment is received before 1.00pm (UK Time). (Monday to Friday Only) - Payments received after 1.00pm (UK Time) will be dispatched the next day or if on Friday item will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday).

Courier Delivery

We endeavor to despatch items the same day by APC-Overnight - Next day by 16:00 delivery (DHL for non-UK) when payment is received before 11.00am (UK Time). (Monday to Friday Only) - Payments received after 11.00am (UK Time) will be dispatched the next day or if on Friday item will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday).Please supply a CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER for the couriers when requesting courier delivery. Courier deliver is tracked and we will provide a tracking number, so you can track your parcel, this is normally sent via paypal's notification system. If there is no one at home when the courier calls they will attempt to leave it with a neighbour, before taking it back to the depot, if you do not wish it to be left with a neighbour if you are out - please let us know when making your payment.

Your item will then be sent by Recorded Delivery (1st class signed for) an extra £1.00p is charged for this, tracking number is normally sent via Paypal's notification system.
1st Class 'Recorded' - ( Recommended) - It is recommended that all items are sent by recorded / signed for – This protects you against non-delivery, gives priority handling through the postal system, and will provide a tracking number for your parcel, tracking number is normally sent via Paypal's notification system.

A ‘Certificate of Posting' as proof of posting is always obtained. If you do NOT choose the recorded option then non-delivery or damage is at your own risk, 　 and means you will have to claim against the Post Office for all non-delivery and damage claims, we will assist where we can.

Royal Mail Airsure (recommended) - Tracked service - Items will be sent by Royal Mail "Airsure" or "International Signed For" depending on destination country, and will provide a tracking number for your parcel, tracking number is normally sent via Paypal's notification system. Prices are correct for all counties outside Europe, Countries with-in Europe please ask for a total BEFORE making payment STATING you want the "Airsure/tracked" postal service and we will send you an invoice with a slightly lower postage rate (Ebay does not allow enough options to allow us to offer separate Tracked rates to europe and the rest of the world.).
