Shipping Policy

• Item(s) will be shipped with expedited courier services like FedEx/DHL/UPS/EMS.
• Item(s) shipped from our Australian office will be shipped by Australia Post.
• Tracking number can be provided on request after product(s) dispatch.
• We do ship worldwide in most cases.
• We aim to ship the item(s) within 4 working days of payment clearance. Estimated delivery time:

AU, NZ & USA: 3-4 working days
CANADA: 3-4 working days
Central UK: 3-4 working days
Rest of UK: 4-5 working days
Germany & EU countries: 4-6 working days

• Please be advised that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delay due to rural area address, natural disaster, customs delay could extend the estimated timeframe. Please allow 6-8 working days for the item(s) to deliver however it is less in most cases.

Returns Policy    

If for any reason you wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you are totally free to do so within 7 days after the item is delivered. Provided that the return met the following conditions, we will give you a full refund except shipping fees, no re-stocking fee will be deducted and no questions asked!

• Item(s) are returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Item(s) are returned in brand new and resellable condition with original packaging.
• Accompanied by invoice and RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number.***

***Kindly contact us for RMA number prior to return. Please be advised that, stelatech will not refund any return postage costs paid by buyer(s). 7 days time starts from the day courier tracking shows the item is delivered.

Please Be Advised that we reserve the right to ship the item(s) straight to you from our Hong Kong  or Kuala Lumpur Office by FedEx/DHL/UPS/EMS courier service and out of Melbourne with Australia Post. 

Buyers please note: In most cases there will be none or very little Import TAX/VAT/GST. We will do our best to legally minimize your Import TAX/VAT/GST. However if such fees arises that will be buyers responsibility. We will not be held responsible to pay such fees. We can't absorb such fees due to the fact that different  countries have different import fees terms and conditions. If you have any queries or request in this matter please contact us prior to purchase.

1 year Warranty Conditions: As long as the item has not been in an accident, abused, misused, or it has been damaged resulting from natural disaster, user manual not followed, water and tampering, you are covered! There will be no repair fees once the item is send back to us.

Warranty

All our products come with 1 year Manufacturer Warranty in Hong Kong. For any manufacturer fault our AU buyer(s) can return the item to our supplier in Hong Kong.

3 Easy Warranty Claiming Procedures:

1. Email us first and then we will then issue you a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
2. Ship the item back to our supplier with the RMA number and a copy of the invoice.
3. Once we receive your item back we will claim from the Manufacturer and have it repaired or replaced from the Manufacturer Authorized Service Centre. Once done the item will be shipped back with no cost to you. Warranty issues are very, very rare as all products are brand new in box.
