TO FIT, REMOVE OLD BAR ENDS, INSERT INTO THE CENTRE HOLE AND TIGHTEN WITH THE SUPPLIED ALLEN KEY. THIS COMPRESSES THE RUBBER TUBE, WHICH GRIPS THE INSIDE OF THE BAR
