Payment Policy

I happily accept Paypal and bank deposit for payment. Please contact me if you would like to pay via money order or personal cheque - I usually accept these but do not post your item until payment is received and cleared.

Payment is preferred within 7-9 days of the end of the auction, however if you are bidding on further items, I will wait to combine postage for you (please let me know).

Shipping Policy

After receiving (and clearing) payment, I endeavour to post your items within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). I will email to let you know when your package is in the mail.

I aim to charge the minimum amount possible to post your item safely and will use recycled materials wherever possible for packaging.

I do not automatically invoice for registered post or express post, so please let me know if you would like these and I will include them in the invoice. The advantage of these postage items is the ability to track delivery and ensure added safety of the item.

Returns Policy

I am happy to offer refunds or replacements (wherever possible) within 7 days of receipt of an item if you feel the item was not as described or severely lacking in some way. I aim to honestly and fully describe the quality of items, providing suitable pictures, but do understand that it is a subjective process.

If you receive your item and are not happy, please contact me immediately, preferably to leaving negative feedback. Negative feedback is a horrible thing to genuine sellers who try their best and in most cases, friendly communication solves the problem. In my cases, I aim to treat buyers with respect and fairness and expect the same in return.

I will refund or replace items, but do ask that buyers pay for postage.
