RODD Copper FONDUE Set - Real Retro + Fondue Cookbook

Hi Ebayers! I’m pleased to offer this wonderful fondue set made by Rodd. The Rodd Company is an Australian company and is renown for quality products. They mainly specialise in silverplate. This fondue set has a copper pot and lid with wooden handle and knob. The pot has an oriental pattern around the sides. It has a copper tray and a copper metho burner. The flame of the copper burner can be adjusted. The heavy stand has an ornate design.

The 6 forks come in a stand of their own and have a different colour on each end. The stand and fork handles are wood.

Also included in this auction is a recipe book, “ FONDUE COOKERY” by Alison Burt which was published in 1971 by Paul Hamlyn. There are 114 pages of easy-to-use recipes with some colour photos. Recipe Sections include cheese fondues, dessert fondues, bourguignonne fondues, sauces, etc.

The pot measures 17 cm across without the handle. It has a combined weight of 2.6 kilograms unpacked. It is in good used condition.

I DO combine items for some big savings on postage on the additional items. I basically charge Australia Post costs plus $1.00 per item. Therefore, it may only cost an extra $1.00 to post small additional items.

I sell a wide variety of vintage, collectable and unusual items and, unless otherwise stated, they are not in new condition. When I list items I try to describe them as fully as possible. I also take as good a photo as possible showing the true condition of the item. I am not an expert in all areas and occasionally make mistakes in my description. If you see an error, feel free to email me so corrections can be made.

My wish is to find new caretakers for my collections, should there be a fault I have overlooked, by all means I would refund in reverse payment, postage excluded. All items listed are on an "AS IS" basis unless otherwise stated. I hope you are happy with your new TREASURE OR TREAT.

·        Additional postage services are available on request

·        I prefer to send fragile or expensive items by registered mail as it gives a guarantee of safe delivery as well as $100 insurance. If this item sells for more than $30.00 it will be sent by registered mail. Paypal requires that items have tracking numbers.

·        Lost packages or breakages due to the negligence of Australia Post will not be refunded, however all attempts will be made to advise buyer of the time, date and place of postage, that they may attempt to track the item.
