About Our Dresses:

All of our gowns are 100% Authentic and in excellent condition (unless otherwise stated). None of them have been worn to an actual wedding/event. Most dresses have never been tried on or have been tried on only a few times. Most of our gowns have already been professionally cleaned by one of the best gown cleaners in the bridal industry, Imperial Gown, so each gown is ready to be worn down the aisle. Sample bridal gowns may have a few marks, pulls, flaws or dust/dirt on the hem, etc that we feel are minor unless otherwise stated. As with any dress/gown, alterations are usually needed for the best fit. Please make sure to measure yourself (with undergarments only) and compare to the above measurements. Keep in mind that Evening/Bridal dresses usually run differently (usually smaller) than daywear. We believe in customer service and making our brides experience with us exceptional! When you receive the gown or accessory, you will need to contact us by email or telephone within (3) three days to state if you will be keeping the item or returning it. The item would then need to be shipped back by UPS, Fedex or USPS, fully insured (for your protection) and be received by us within (7) seven business days in the same condition as it was sent. Once we receive the item back at our location we will inspect it and, if in the same condition as the item was sent to you, we will refund the price of the item. The shipping to you and from you would not be refunded, only the cost of the item.

If we would not hear from you within (3) three days of receiving the item, we would consider the item satisfactory and no returns/refunds would be accepted.
