This Rotisserie is so easy to clean as you simply just clean the drip tray and roasting rack when finished.  It’s a healthy way to roast as all the fat runs straight off into the tray.  It has only been used twice as it was a gift for my Granny who no longer cooks.  It’s the perfect little all in one compact oven and is great in the kitchen, BBQ area or when camping/ boating.
