The linens I sell are either vintage or second hand unless otherwise stated.  They have been carefully laundered, starched (where appropriate), pressed and presented in plastic sleeves.

POSTAGE - I quote postage where possible but as I sell a variety of items and postage costs vary considerably between states and countries I will not estimate postage charges.  The postal charges I quote are Australia Post's costs. Where postage costs are not quoted, buyers should contact seller for postal charges before submitting final bids. Every care is given to my packaging but accidents can happen during transit.  Buyers are therefore encouraged, especially for my pottery and glass items, to register their items as an insurance against breakage during transit.

Feedback is important for both the seller's and the buyer's credibility.  Ebay has changed the Feedback system whereby the seller is only able to leave a positive feedback. The buyer is still able to leave positive, negative and neutral feedbacks.  I will leave my positive feedbacks for buyers once buyers have left their positive feedbacks.  If anyone believes their item is not as described in the listing PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, contact me, I am more than happy to refund total cost if the item is not as described.
