ROXY KIDS GIRLS SUMMER SKIRT "Tiny Dancer" style, size 4, BNWT. 

Skirt has a gathered elastic waist. It is a blue/aqua colour with a print of yellow/white frangipiani flowers and swirls and two open pockets trimmed in yellow.  The name ROXY and its symbol is printed all over the fabric in white and yellow.  Material is soft and perfect for summer.
