she hold a basket fully of celery, vegetables, canned goods... with an issue of war cry sticking out... war cry being the official newspaper of the salvation army.
you can just barely make out the headline... and the words Tokyo, Japan.
standing in front of doors of the Salvation Army, Hawaiian Divisional Headquarters, 69 Beretania St. the rest of lettering she's standing in front of... but the commander's last name ends in "weather"
corners are a little soft. looks like it's been trimmed down a bit... as mentioned early. so the card isn't exactly square. some whitish wear visible along edges. back has heavy age realted toning, some pencil scribbles and an area of surface damage
