CLARIFICATION

• All descriptions of the product above are directly from the packaging of this product. (either the specific size shown above, or a different size of the same product from this supplier. (Descriptions lengths can vary on product dependent upon the size of the product)
• Please ensure you ask any questions you may have, prior to bidding.  All bids will be considered binding. (please refer to conditions of sale below)

PAYMENT & POSTAGE

• Please pay within 3 business days of successful bid or purchase.  
• Buy in bulk and save!  Initial postage is $7 per item listed,  and then only $2 per item after that!  (if a listing has multiple products packaged together, it is considered one item for the purposes of postage. ie: a Shampoo, Conditioner & Leave in Treatment sold as one item / listing, will attract only one postage fee of $7.  However, if they were all purchased separately as separate listings, but in the same purchase, they would be $11. ($7+$2+$2)  If purchased completely independently of each other, postage would be $7 each, or $21.)
• Multiple purchases of the same product will attract postage as per the above.  ie: Purchase 3 x identical shampoos from the same listing,  and you will pay $7 for the first one, and only $2 each for every one after that.
• If you are waiting for other items to finish, or require an extension, please advise us as soon as the listing has completed.
• We accept payment by Bank Deposit and Paypal
• When making payment PLEASE state the EBAY product number as a reference in your payment. Payments without this information may be delayed whilst our administration office identifies your payment.
• Our payment details, including bank details, will automatically be displayed after check out is complete
• Items will be dispatched generally within 2 business days after payment has cleared
• For multiple purchases please wait until order is complete before proceeding to check out so postage discount can be applied

CONDITIONS OF SALE

• Buyers must agree to conditions of sale before bidding or purchasing
• SUITABILITY OF PRODUCT - We are not responsible for the suitability of a product on a person's hair.  It is assumed that the successful buyer knows and has already tested the product before buying. Refunds will not be given if product turns out to be unsuitable for hair type. In respect to suitability of product, please contact your hairdresser for advice before purchasing.
• REFUNDS - Refund available only if item is returned to us unused, in same condition as sent, and in original packaging, or as is required by Australian Law, if the items are faulty or not as described.  Under no circumstances will postage be refunded.  All returns must be packaged securely, otherwise they will not be accepted. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• SHIPPING - We are not responsible for items lost/damaged during transit - insurance recommended.  All items sent by registered post include insurance.  Items sent by express post and regular post are not insured.  To change postage option on any item please contact us.  Any issues arising from shipping are generally beyond our control, but if problems do occur we will do our best to help resolve any issues.  We will not accept negative feedback in respect to items lost/damaged in transit when item was not sent by registered post or insured
• NON PAYMENT - For any items unpaid a non-payment report will be forwarded to EBAY, and if relevant PayPal.
• If for some reason, we are temporarily out of a product that you have purchased, we will offer you an alternative product of the same value (you can choose one) as the item you have bid on, at the same price….. or offer to send your out-of-stock item when it arrives back in (with no extra charge for postage) or a refund of your monies for that item.  Whilst this situation does not occur often, occasionally it can.  We ask for your patience and understanding in this matter if this does occur.
