We usually ship the items within 1 - 3 business days after payment clears. The approximate delivery time is 3-10 business days for USA and 5-14 days for other countries. For some countries (Australia, New Zealand and South Korea) it may be needed 3-5 additional days for items to be delivered.

If the buyer indicated the wrong address and the goods have been returned back by the delivery service, the buyer gets a refund without Shipping Cost.
We do not send the items to the addresses which are temporary occupied by the buyers, i.e. hotels, resorts, motels and inns.

Returns of defective products are accepted within all warranty period that is stated in product description. For products that malfunction upon arrival or were damaged during transportation, returns are accepted for exchange within 14 days after delivery. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item back to seller. All products should be returned in the same condition as when received and should include all original materials.
