By mounting the tank high up in the engine compartment, you can be assured that of a fully filled system with room for air expansion, thus reducing chances of overheating due to air-lock. Hi-Pressure Radiator Cap included. The air-removal tank is in parallel with the radiator. Once the thermostat opens, the hot coolant bypasses the radiator to pass through the tank, and is returned, hot, to the water pump inlet to re-enter the engine housing ports. It's purpose is first to collect air/vapor in an upper, stagnant chamber. Then by thermal expansion of the fluid and gas, it purges the collected air into the vented overflow bottle by way of a 3rd hose that ends in the bottle below the coolant level. Air bubbles rise to the top and vent to the atmosphere. Upon cooling-contraction, coolant from the bottle is pulled back into the system. The coolant that flows to the separation tank comes from the top of the thermostat housing, where a mini chamber is cast into the housing. The entry into this chamber can be seen after removing the fill cap as a 10mm hole. The only chamber exit is the hose to the separation tank. The purpose of the mini-chamber is to encourage any air that is passing below, from the open thermostat to the radiator, to rise up and be sent ( with coolant ) through the small bypass line to the separation tank.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, shop999  shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SHOP999 has the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been made. If payment has been made and your order will be cancelled, SHOP999 will immediately issue a credit to your paypal or bank account in the amount paid.

SPECIAL ORDERS
All special order items must be prepaid before processing your order. Special order items cannot be cancelled or returned.

CANCELLATIONS
Order cancelled with shop999 after 24hrs from placement of order to the time of shipment will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 10% (ten percent).

PAYMENT
shop999 accepts Paypal and Bank transfers only. International orders can only make payment via Paypal. amount. All goods remain the property of shop999 until paid in full.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped by either Australia Post, Courier Please, TNT or Hunter Express. Items in-stock are usually shipped within 48 hours after receipt of order. Any expected shipment dates given to customers are approximate. Shipping fees are calculated after order is being placed.

CLAIMS
Claims for defective goods, shortages, delays, or failures in shipment or delivery, or for any other cause, shall be deemed waived and released by Buyer, unless made contact within three (3) days after the arrival of the goods.

RETURNS
All items returned are subject to a 10% (ten percent) restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on ignition systems, computers, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days after date of invoice. It is the customer responsibility to contact shop999 within this time period to be eligible for a return.  You may contact our sales team at shop999@hotmail.com / sales@999automotive.com.au. All goods returned for credit must have a Return for Credit authorisation number (RFC number) which can be obtained by shop999  internal sales staff. To ensure full credit less restocking fee, the returned item(s) must be accompanied with the ORDER , RFC number and customer name and address. Failure to comply with our Return Policy will incur a 10% (ten percent) handling fee. All return items must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. If shop999 does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part.

REFUNDS
Refunds can only be made within (seven) 7 days. No refunds will be given for change of mind. Please choose carefully as shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All orders will be refunded by the method of payment of the order. Refused shipments sent back to shop999 do not constitute a refund or credit. shop999 reserves the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 10% restocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders outside of Australia must be paid in full by Paypal only. All foreign orders are final. No returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyers’ responsibility to order the correct part(s). SHOP999  does not guarantee proper fitment for buyers foreign vehicle as all parts sold by SHOP999  are made for the Japanese domestic market.

WARRANTY
All products sold by SHOP999 are only subjected to the manufacturers’ warranty. Manufacturer warranty will not be honored if due to customer’s mishandling, abuse or faulty installation that causes the defect.
