Range Rover EAS Compressor Pump.

This replacement pump fits ALL P38 (MK11) 1994-2002 Range Rovers.

One of the most common failings of the P38 Range Rovers is the EAS air suspension compressor. When this fails the EAS computer goes into 'hard fault' mode and your Rangy will sink to the bump stops. A visit to your Land rover dealer will leave you with a bill of upwards of £400 for the pump plus labour costs of aprox £100.00 per hour!.

Common symptoms that the compressor is worn include;

• very slow to reach full height in the mornings

  compressor seems to be working all the time

  EAS fault displayed on dash computer due to inflation time

  very noisy pump (mechanical rattle)

  very low suction at filter end of the pump.

The cost of a new compressor from Land Rover is very expensive when this pump can be replaced as a DIY operation in 15 minutes. This will save you many hundreds of pounds! And this also at a fraction of the cost of a new one from Land Rover.
